Ingredients For Stir-fry Vegetable In Black Bean Sauce

Stir-fry vegetable in black bean sauce
1½ cups capsicum diced (red, green and yellow)
½ cup carrot diced
½ cup broccoli diced
½ cup beans diced
½ cup onion diced
½ cup cabbage diced
½ a bunch of bok choy
2 tablespoon celery stem diced
2 tablespoon garlic chopped
1 tablespoon ginger Julienne

Sauce
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1½ teaspoon black bean sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon oil

Directions For Stir-fry Vegetable In Black Bean Sauce

  • In a bowl mix soya, black bean sauce, salt, pepper, corn starch and ½ cup water, stir and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok or a pan; add ginger and garlic, toss for 30 seconds.
  • Keep the flame on high, add all the vegetables except Bok choy and toss for a while.
  • Add the sauce to the vegetables.
  • Bring it to boil, adjust the thickness, seasoning to taste.
  • Add bok choy and toss for a minute.
  • Serve steaming hot with steamed rice or noodles.
