Choley Ka Chatpata Salad, Chickpea salad

Choley Ka Chatpata Salad (Chick Peas Salad)

Choley Ka Chatpata Salad (Chick Peas Salad) is an incredible easy salad you can ever make. Made with simple ingredients this salad is super quick to make and is very versatile.

For this healthy salad I have used boiled Chick Peas, vegetables like tomato, capsicum, onion, boiled potato and pomegranate kernels. Anaar Dana (pomegranate kernels) is the icing on the cake as you get bust of flavor with every bite.

To give this salad a twist I have added green coriander chutney and imli chutney along with cumin powder, chilli powder and chat masala. Additionally sev and papdi are also used, thus making it a healthy choley ki chaat.
