Creamy Avocado Dip, Guacamole

Use fresh ingredients where you can (fresh cilantro, super-ripe avocados, etc), and adjust the ingredients to suit your tastes. Today I had the freshest and organic ingredient at hand. In the morning I received four avocados from my friend ‘s farm. I had green chillies and coriander growing in my balcony garden. What more could I have asked for? My day was made!
