Aam ka Khatta Meetha Chunda, Sweet And Sour Mango Pickle

Aam ka Khatta Meetha Chunda – Mango Chunda

Aam ka Khatta Meetha Chunda (Sweet And Sour Mango Pickle) is a tasty pickle made from raw (unripe) mangoes. A very famous combination with Thepla, Mango Chunda is integral part of Gujarati cuisine.

For Aam ka Khatta Meetha Chunda (Sweet And Sour Mango Pickle), I like to use the sour variety of raw mango. The sourness of the mangoes, sweetness of sugar and the spices added makes this pickle super tasty. You can substitute sugar with jaggery if desired. Feel free to play with the spices of your choice and make this easy pickle.
