Cherry Tomato and Feta Cheese Bites

Cherry Tomato and Feta Cheese Bites is a delicious and easy snack. This Greek salad on sticks is perfect gluten-free appetizer and very simple and quick to make. This salad can be prepared well in advance and refrigerated and so is a great party or cocktail snack.

A little tomato and feta skewer makes an easy vegetarian nibble that fits in at any buffet party. The only things required are a couple of ripe cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese and olives. In case of non-availability of feta cheese, one can replace it with paneer (cottage cheese).

This refreshing salad bite is not to be missed when you can lay your hands on cherry tomatoes. These tomatoes are grown organically in my Balcony Garden and harvested just before I needed them. I cannot think of anything as fresh as this.
