Kathal Masala

Kathal Masala (Jackfruit Masala)

Kathal Masala is a simple dish made from unripe jackfruit. This delicious and very flavorful dry sabji is made in mustard oil. I love the pungent aroma of the mustard oil in this dish. I have used all the ingredients found easily in our kitchen.
