Virgin Mary is a delicious mocktail made with tomato juice, Worcestershire and Tabasco. I have made this with fresh tomato juice. It can be made in a jiffy if you have ready to use tomato juice.

INGREDIENTS FOR VIRGIN MARY
1 strand celery
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
A few drops of Tabasco sauce
A pinch of pepper
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS FOR VIRGIN MARY
- Blend tomato, celery, sugar and 50 ml water together.
- Boil it for 10 minutes and strain and let it cool.
- Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire and tabasco, give a good stir.
- Pour in a glass and top with ice.
- Garnish as desired.
