Easy Shallot Sambar

Easy Shallot Sambar (Small Onion Sambar)

Easy Shallot Sambar (Small Onion Sambar) is made without much efforts but tastes awesome. I have used a good blend of vegetables along with an equal quantity of shallots. This simple recipe does not need grinding of masala and there is no use of coconut.

Please do not ignore the tempering of ghee and hing (asafoetida) as this takes the dish a notch higher.
